Dark Chocolate Almond Flour Mug Cake
In only about 3 short minutes you can have a drool-worthy rich chocolate cake brownie hybrid that is gluten free and made with no refined sugar.

- 4 teaspoons almond flour
- 3 teaspoons dark chocolate cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- a few sprinkles chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients together with a fork until combined.
Add in all the wet ingredients and whisk with a fork until completely combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Let cool for a minute or so.
