Dark Chocolate Almond Flour Mug Cake

In only about 3 short minutes you can have a drool-worthy rich chocolate cake brownie hybrid that is gluten free and made with no refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons almond flour
  • 3 teaspoons dark chocolate cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • a few sprinkles chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together with a fork until combined.
  • Add in all the wet ingredients and whisk with a fork until completely combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Let cool for a minute or so.
